Noticeability
Are oil perfumes noticeable to other people
Oil perfumes can be noticeable to others, and an oil carrier does not automatically mean close-only wear. Compare the finished cosmetic, actual application and appropriate setting rather than assuming a universal carrier-based projection rule.
A HUME Fragrance buying guide

Check the intended product
A personal perfume oil is different from a raw fragrance or home-scent oil. Use the correct finished cosmetic and its supplied directions.
Separate mechanism and formula
A roller or dabber does not reveal concentration, and a spray cannot be equated using an invented drop conversion. Record how each product was actually applied.
Use contextual feedback
Ask a willing observer if useful and keep their noticeability report separate from your own close-range perception. A quiet result is not automatically a defective one.
Try this before you buy
Record exact formulation information, applicator and contextual noticeability before comparing carriers.
