Projection comparisons
How to compare the projection of perfume samples
When comparing sample projection, keep fragrance identity and applicator differences visible. Small testers can use different atomizers, so the same spray count does not guarantee an equal amount of product.

Save exact sample names
Match each tester with its maker and version. A similarly named decant or inspired interpretation should not be treated as the same composition.
Use separate wearing trials
Avoid mixing new samples while judging which one is noticeable. Record the setting and application honestly rather than claiming a controlled laboratory test.
Use results for a shortlist
Contextual feedback can help choose which fragrance to explore further. Do not assume the result transfers numerically to every full-bottle atomizer.
Try this before you buy
Keep the tester name and application details beside every presence observation and later favorite.
