Reading return terms
Return policies to check at designer tester sellers
For a designer tester offer, read return terms alongside the exact stated condition and included presentation. Tester status does not by itself define a refund rule or excuse a mismatched order.
A HUME Fragrance buying guide
Document the condition
Confirm stated use history, volume, cap and box before payment. A stock image may not describe the sale item.
Check discrepancy handling
Find the process if the delivered condition or version differs from the written offer.
Separate preference from identity
A disliked scent is not the same issue as a misdescribed product. Explain the concern precisely.
Try this before you buy
Save the tester's written condition beside the current return procedure before ordering.
