Product identity and trust
Why does my new perfume smell different
A new perfume can seem different because the product version, applicator, wearing context or your perception differs. A changed impression alone cannot establish counterfeit contents or prove that the formula is defective.
A HUME Fragrance buying guide

Match the exact product
Check maker, version and concentration label against what you tried earlier. A similar name may describe another fragrance.
Record the comparison context
Note application, setting and which stage seems different. Do not demand that a sample and another atomizer deliver equal amounts per spray.
Ask about unresolved concerns
Save the order details and contact the seller or maker with a precise description. Do not deliberately heat or alter the perfume to fix it.
Try this before you buy
Write exactly what changed and which product facts match before deciding on a cause.
