The Venturi Effect and Liquid Atomization
At the core of every commercial nebulizer is a high-precision dual-fluid atomizer nozzle. Filtered ambient air is compressed and forced through a microscopic orifice at high velocity. According to Bernoulli's principle, this creates a localized drop in static air pressure that draws pure oil up a capillary feed tube. As liquid oil strikes the high-velocity air stream, it breaks down into trillions of microscopic droplets.
