Budget perfumes do not all fade quickly, because price is not a formula category. If a particular candidate disappoints, evaluate its exact identity, application and later character before attributing the result to cost alone.

Compare maker, version, size and applicator. A small sample, inspired perfume and designer original are different offers even when familiar references appear in their descriptions.
Describe the observed change
A fading opening and reduced surrounding presence are different from no close-range scent. Write the outcome rather than recording only a price-based judgment.
Assess personal value
Include how often you want to wear the scent and the delivered cost. A more expensive product is not automatically the solution to every performance preference.
